How are we missing on so many transfers

Isn't our staff set up that we have support staff coaches who do nothing but work on transfer targets and prospects?

I thought that was supposed to be an advantage for us.

Besides receivers, we miss on a lot of these transfers that haven't been good.

Turner could come here or stay at Washington.

No great teams wanted him.

Slackman I think had good offers.

Badger had good offers.

Dike didn't have many good offers.

Bad - Everyone else
