I have seriously switched to the other side; he doesn't have the ability. My only shrivel of hope is the same as the Semiholes did with Norvel. He was at least as bad the first couple of years, and whether it was because they could not afford to fire him or because they had some wiser calmer heads making the decision, it has worked out. Both inherited a mess, Napier from Mullen and Norvel from Taggart. Let's hope that it works out, because $32 million buyout is a lot of money.
