Lagway. He has an effective deep ball and his legs mean the defense can’t stack the box. It also helps limit the deficiencies of our o line.

Agalnst a team like A&M for a freshman and our offensive play calling safe choice is Mertz. however Lagway needs to be implemented into the game plan. You can guarantee Sunbelt Billy is going to go back to what he does.

Start Mertz the 1st two series and then give Lagway the next 2 series. Which one is the most effective, finish the game with him. Lagway played brilliantly but it was against a team that lost to W Georgia. Mertz deserves not to lose his spot because of an injury. Let it play out on the field.
