I would venture to say that Napier has as large of support staff as any NFL team with these additions. He has zero excuses for us not to make the playoffs this year.

I doubt if any recent national champion has won because they hired more coaches than anyone else.

I'd rather have one really good head coach than a thousand of these off the field coaches.
