Is there a need to announce something like this knowing that any confirmation that Napier is calling plays is going to be met with a fair amount of negative reactions. You are setting yourself up for less than positive feedback.
I try to stay positive and look at it from the point of view of what if it works instead of what if it doesn't.
It is hard to do that anytime the subject is coach Napier calling his own plays.
I don't think he is the worst play caller but I think he would be a better overall coach if he let someone else do it and he managed the team as the focus.
What do I know?
I'm over here hoping for wins but know I can't do anything about it.
