Firing coaches is a bad deal. The chances the next guy will be better are not good and it sets the program back years regardless. It's a big gamble. We have to do whatever we can to make this guy successful. It's frustrating but regime change is a drastic move, particularly given our track record with coaches. 3 good ones in 100 and whatever years.
