We lost to Half-Ass-U because our Defense sucked, not because of play calling. Our problem on offense in the game was that Richardson would take an entire series off and NOT keep the ball on the read option when clearly the defense would key on the running back. I think he was already saving himself for the NFL Draft.
Richardson really seems to have checked out before the Vandy game. I guess I can understand it but had to disappointing for Billy.
The year before Mullen checked out on us early and lingered. Last year it was Richardson and we didn't have any choice with Kitna gone.

Kitna was still on the team then because I remember when Richardson missed his 10th pass in a row I thought maybe Napier would put Kitna in.
Him being a Semi doesn't make him wrong about coach Napier's playcalling does it?
