3 offseason arrests

We already had Shivers and Johnson arrested and now it's Manuel.

2 of them with guns. Aren't there laws still that you can't have guns on campus at UF?

My question is this: I thought in the last few years that a gun found in your vehicle is no different than one in your home as long as it is legally purchased, so why was it deemed illegal? I know that it is illegal to have one on campus, but my understanding is that he was arrested off campus.
