We should have saved the money we spent the last three seasons on Miller, Millen and Harrison and bought some better high school players with it.

Miller and Millen were busts and all the talk now is that Jones is beating out Harrison to be DJ's backup.

Those hindsight glasses are awesome aren't they???

They've hit on enough portal players to make me very happy with their decision making.

I would ask what that is based on?

We've seen two practices, 15 minutes each time.

During that open period, quarterbacks are throwing on air.

What has been learned that would put him ahead of Bailey?

I'm not saying he will or won't be. I just don't know if we've seen enough to make any sort of determination as to whether a barely six foot tall quarterback, coming off a season ending injury, throwing on air (without offensive linemen in front of him) is going to be the main backup.

That absolutely is no slight to Jones Jr. I just always ask myself - Based. On. What.

If you feel a certain way about something, other than your hopes and dreams, what are you basing it on?

I think it is because coach Callaway talked about how smooth they are and he talked about them together not like one was ahead of the other one.
If they are both good it puts us in a good spot. I don't ever want to see Florida quarterback play like we saw against Texas last year.

I didn't get it from hearing the coaches. I saw it on twitter.
