What I like about Golden is he talks about their deficiencies and what needs to be done instead of sugar coating the problems. I think he is a really good coach and evaluator of talent who is still growing as a game coach. If he can somehow get these kids to be as agressive in the second half in the next few weeks as they are in the 1st 20 minutes, this team has the talent to be dangerous come tournament time.
