Up until two years ago, if there wasn’t a coaching change involved, as long as a player didn’t have off-the-field issues, or was a lockerroom disruption, it was considered unseemly to mention the possibility that they might transfer.

Now, with the arrival of the Transfer Portal, it’s a given that there will be off-season attrition coming from players who don’t meet either of the above criteria.

Four Florida players, Justus Boone, Quincy Ivory, Andy Jean, and Mike Williams have already made their intentions known

Though players can declare their intention now, next Monday is when the Transfer Portal officially opens.

  1. Boardingham is the fourth player off our list to transfer.
    Boardingham had more drops than catches. In 2023, 2 of Mertz's Interceptions were balls that deflected off of Boardingham.

    Lets cut to the chase about Portal prospects

    Any player transferring out is a malcontent, bad culture fit who wanted more money than they are worth and are easily replaceable.

    Any player transferring in isn't in it for the money, they are culture warriors who only want to be part of the winning ways of your program.
