The Skinny: The one-time Miami pledge decommitted from the Hurricanes a couple of days after visiting Florida back in the spring. He made a return visit a month later and has Florida among his top choices along with Florida State, Miami, and Texas A&M. | ||

The Skinny: I’ve communicated with him a couple of times, but he hasn’t given me much information other than he has three years to play two and is graduating in December. He already visited Texas A&M (their name comes up a lot) and is looking at Alabama and a couple of other SEC programs. | ||

The Skinny: He admittingly grew up a fan of the Florida Gators, but the previous staff dropped the ball with him to the point that UF wasn’t much of a factor for him until he visited campus last month. He said he is bringing his mother with him this weekend as the Gators battle Florida State and others for his services. Don’t expect an announcement from him any time soon. | ||
