Players saying coach Mullen changed up after the first two years says it all. That's why coach Mullen was trying to get a NFL job. He doesn't have to recruit and players are being paid so if they don't follow what he says he can cut them.

Miami would be a good fit for him.

My question is Stricklin worked with him at MSU so why didn't he see that he wasn't the right coach for this level if our goal is championships?

Stricklin is as much to blame as Mullen and they should be both be gone.

Sounds the Mullen of the first 2 years is the guy stricklin worked with at miss state. No idea what happened to Mullen to lose interest.

Bummed you didn't ask about the QB controversy and what the team thought of it. I know AR ended up injured but reports were he was the better player in camp. Mullen is so disappointing but glad we ended up with Napier.

That is actually in Part II that is running on Tuesday. The answer though isn't all that controversial.

If we could get first 2 years Mullen to get off his butt and recruit his next 2 years would have gone better.

Everything comes down to recruiting.

You could tell from a mile away that the Mullen we were seeing in the middle of the 2020 season wasn't the same guy we saw in his first two years when you could tell he had a passion.

I would really love it if you could get an interview with him and ask him point blank if he thinks he changed and why?
