Weekend Visitor Preview: Another surprise five-star visitor?

July 30, 2021

Monthly access for just 33-cents a day or go annual for just over 25-cents a day

In conjunction with Florida’s Friday Night Lights, the Gators are also hosting a prospect BBQ on Saturday.

Here’s Inside the Gators list of those expected to be on campus this weekend.

  • Battle Alberson (A standout at Florida’s 6/25 Elite Camp)
  • Shamon Coleman
  • Nick Evers
  • Adrian Posse (Should be a top 20 type of in-state prospect in 2024)
  • Malachi Singleton (Top 200 prospect in the Class of 2023)
  • Karson Siqueiros-Lasky

R‍unning Back

  • Terrance Gibbs (Could a commitment happen this weekend?)
  • Jerrick Gibson (Former local running back who was offered after the 6/25 camp)
  • Jaylon Glover (Set to decide in the next week)
  • Richard Young (2023 five-star who is currently mostly looking out-of-state)

Wide Receiver

  • Jalen Brown (One of the top in-state prospects in the next cycle)
  • Raymond Cottrell (He won't camp because of an injury, but he is staying over for the BBQ)
  • Jayden Gibson (He is at Georgia today and will be at Saturday's BBQ)
  • Aaron Gates (Class of 2023 prospect with an offer from Florida already)
  • Quan Lee (Local prospect who was once committed to Miami)
  • CJ Smith
  • Evan Stewart (Could the five-star catching passes from Evers in the Swamp be a preview of things to come?)
  • James Randle

Tight End

  • De'Carlo Donaldson
  • C.J. Hawkins

Offensive Linemen

  • Teague Andersen (Class of 2022 lineman with some lesser offers)
  • David Conner
  • Ramier Lewis (Perhaps one to keep an eye on. Read about him in our FREE 6/25 Camp Review)
  • Tony Livingston (It will be interesting to see if he works with the OL or TE tonight)
  • Tommy Kinsler
  • Leyton Nelson (Florida's best chance of landing an offensive lineman)
  • Eddy Pierre Louis (Richard Gouraige's little brother)
  • TJ Shanahan (One of the top targets in the Class of 2023)
  • Elijah Zollicoffer (2022 lineman with offers from Florida and Auburn)

Defensive Linemen

Note: ITG hasn’t confirmed a single defensive line attendee for this evening, but Jamari Lyons said he will be at the BBQ on Saturday.

  • Lewis Carter (2023 in-state four-star who unofficially visited UF in June)
  • Zavier Hamilton (Class of 2024 linebacker who looked good during UF's 6/25 Elite Camp)
  • Shemar James
  • E.J. Lightsey (Class of 2022 linebacker who was at Florida's Summer Kickoff)
  • Jaden Robinson (Class of 2023 standout, who was one of our top June Camp performers)

  • Jamarrien Burt
  • Sharif Denson
  • Amare Ferrell
  • Cedrick Hawkins (Even as a four-star, he may be a bit underrated in the Class of 2023. Was a June camp session standout)
  • De'Mari Henderson
  • Ja'Cari Henderson
  • Julian Humphrey (After visiting Texas A&M and Georgia, the UF commit will be back on campus)
  • Sam McCall (Don’t mark it down as a given, but ITG was told that he could be coming with teammates Glover and McClain)
  • Cormani McClain (Five-star from the Class of 2023)
  • Jordan Pride
  • Antonio Robinson (Class of 2023 four-star who looked good at the 6/25 Elite Camp)
  • Azareyeh Thomas

The above is not a complete listing of those who are scheduled to attend. All of those scheduled to be in won't make it and there are sure to be a big name or two not listed above show up.

Follow along in the We Chomp Chat all evening for live updates from the event and then all weekend as we run our recaps from the camp and cookout.

Is it just me or is that literally the ****tiest FNL visitor list we've ever had?

We are posting arrival times, as well as some late changes to the list on our live coverage thread.

Encouraging that Sam McCall is still considering visiting although unconfirmed, considering earlier reports that his ship sailed once Torrian Gray left.

Mullen could flip the script with a commitment from Evan Stewart, really grateful that Nick Evers is leading the charge.

This staff threw in the towel a long time ago. Do you think we are ranked close to 40th in recruiting because they are working their asses off?

Urban Meyer should send a cease and desist order for this staff to quit using the Friday Night Lights name because they are ruining the brand he built.

Lilgator, no truer words have ever been spoken. 8-4 next year and the Mullen reign is on the skids. Sill not sure who the hell who will take over the program. Try to get Venables and a decent offensive coordinator?

We are ranked 26 now with Gibbs who honestly should be a 5 star and Evan Stewart would bump us way up. Chill out u think Mullen getting tons of ex players at FNL isn't trying? It'll either work or it won't but we shall see.
