Looking at the combined 2020/2021 classes on offense

It happens every cycle, grades are assigned to individual signing classes. While they do serve a purpose, the best way to see what needs have been sufficiently met and where there are holes is to combine the last two signing classes.

The tables below only count those 2020 signees who are still with the team.

If I recall correctly, Mullen talked about needing to recruit better on the lines of scrimmage after the Alabama game. Is there anything he can do, short of replacing Hevesy (which is unlikely), to actually do that for the offensive line? When I think of what his offense could be if they did recruit at a championship level on the o-line, I understand why so many are frustrated with Mullen.

You nailed it with the WR recruiting...I love Burke but c'mon how do you not get another high 4 or 5 star WR after what you put on the field in 2020. OL recruiting is so bad it is comical. There are so many coaches on this staff that truly struggle with HS recruiting...don't know if they are lazy or just suck at the sales part of the job. It could and probably will ultimately cost Mullen a SEC championship.

I thought Hev was a great talent developer when he got here but struggled a bit with recruiting, but it seems like he struggles with both which is worse!

Why haven't the coaches been able to put a finger on why we can't recruit offensive players coming out of high school.

If we recruited offense like we do defense we still wouldn't be on Alabama's level but we would be better off.

With 4 WR's among the Top 15 (247) players in the state of Florida and getting zip is remarkably incomprehensible. UF's OL recruiting is equally incompetent. Hmmm... the position coaches?
