The only way this group will be good with the lack of talent they have is if the strength and conditioning program helps them and the coaching get can get to play above what they have shown in the past.IMO there`s no doubt we have the coaching now and a really good conditioning program now,the big question is if the talent level is so low it does`nt matter what we have in coaching or conditioning, you can`t get slow non Mobil linemen to play against SEC Defenses with any consistency.IMO we have added some talented kids but not near enough and it will hold our QB`s and team back again.

Getting the QBs to get the ball out quicker and getting receivers open will be a huge support to the OL. All the parts need to work together for success. Better coaching will make a real difference. When you consider what MSU did against SEC West teams with two and three star players, there is a real chance for this line to be functional.

I think there are enough decent pieces in Ivey, Johnson and Heggie that the coaching and S&C program can get good play out of them. The question will be can they carry the entire line and stay healthy? The rest of them are good enough to be reserve guys but then again that's only relative to this unit. It doesn't necessarily stand up against SEC defensive lines.
