There is but one major concern heading into opening weekend

On paper, the No. 8 Florida Gators should easily defeat the Miami Hurricanes in Orlando on Saturday. The Gators are simply more talented and deeper at almost every position.

In 2018, Miami ranked 105th in the country in total offense. On Saturday, they’ll be breaking in a new head coach, a new offensive coordinator, a freshman quarterback and two freshmen tackles.

Depth in secondary and at the DT position are more worrisome than the OL to me.

Depth at DT is much more concerning. At least there are some capable bodies on the OL. If Slaton is indeed suspended and Conliffe is out for the year, that leaves us with Ancrum who is awful and Marlon Dunlap for DTs. Teams like LSU and Georgia will eat us alive with no depth at DT. Much much bigger concern than OL.
