Jacksonville (Fla.) Bartram Trail safety Tre’Vez Johnson committed to Florida out of nowhere last summer, before he was even given a ranking by the recruiting services. It turned out that the Gators’ staff had a good eye for talent, as he went on to earn other offers and eventually be deemed worthy of four-star status.
