When you get everything you ask for then the results need to start showing up on the field. Last year was a pass but he needs to show some real improvements this season. The Defense was atrocious and his play calling and game management leaves a lot to be desired. If we have the same results this year he’ll need to hire a new DC and someone to be the OC or his seat will get red hot in 2024.
