Florida wide receiver commit Tyree Patterson, who at the time of his pledge to UF commented that he would like to have heard more from Central Florida, actually visited the Knights today.
He said that he got to meet and talk with the staff, they ate together and they all had a water balloon fight.
According to him, the visit was ‘okay.’
Six weeks ago, Patterson had a standout performance during Florida’s 7v7 tournament, showing he is a bit underrated.
Patterson said that he still plans on being at Florida for the cookout on Saturday.
When asked to put a percentage on his Florida commitment, he responded, ‘Like 80% UF.’
Patterson said he is basically only looking at two programs.
‘It’s really just those two [UF and UCF] schools, I haven’t heard much from any other schools.’
