Like me, the UF coaches weren’t overly impressed with statistics.
Having said that, I wouldn’t have awarded anyone in Special Teams.

After watching the film breakdown, you realize that some of the big yardage plays for the two Utes (Rising & Cry Baby Kuithe) were a result of Gators doing their own thing and not what they were coached to do, Cox included. He could’ve had a field day and a break out game with numerous sacks. Instead, he went rogue and the defense was “gashed” for yardage. CBN and staff are going to have a difficult time breaking bad habits of some players and with the team’s depth lacking, it may take awhile to correct. We just have to be patient and stay the course. Right now the staff just doesn’t have anyone ready that they can put on the field when a defender screws up. If I had to blame anyone, I’d pretty much look to the old staff as they let this type of stuff go on and never sought to correct it. We all know the mantra, old habits are hard to break. Oh my! and Go Gators!
