I am a star whore, but I don’t put the same faith in the transfer rankings as I do the high school rankings – which on the surface is strange because the services should know more about the abilities of a college transfer than a high school player.

The difference in the rankings below can be attributed to On3 compares what was lost in the portal to what is gained, while 247 just ranks what a team signed, not lost.
