      Jordan Young is here first.

      On Jason Marshall being out: says everyone has just been playing and needs to keep playing.

      On Corey Raymond: “he definitely is helping me elevate my game.”

      Says Raymond is all about the little details.

      Young says he’s been playing STAR and corner, but mostly corner.

      On Utah: “We just gonna treat it like any other game.” Says that they’re ready to show everyone what they can do.

      On Anthony Richardson: Said the offense is gelling together well and is improving.

      “Offense has been making plays.”

      On getting starting reps: “been putting my head down and worked.”

      Says he’s not focused on whether he’s starting or not, just focused on playing.

      Players who stand out: Devin Moore, Justus Boone, Daejon Reynolds.

      Said the Louisiana heat is worse than the Florida heat.

      On Napier’s offense: “Billy’s gonna run the football.”

      Said he likes to mix in play-action passes but mostly run.

      On Anthony Richardson: “He’s a freak.”

      Said he took him under his arm when he arrived on campus. Adds that once Richardson sheds the non-contact jersey, his game will grow.

      On the sales pitch to come to UF, said they told him “we’re going to run the ball. If you want to come, come. If not, don’t.”

      On O’Cyrus Torrence: Said to expect a lot of pancake blocks.

      On Trevor Etienne: Said he’s done a great job in the spring.

      On Nay’Quan Wright: Said he’s learned a lot from Wright about being a running back.

      On improvements from scrimmage 2: Said the team can run the ball a bit better. Added that the team had a couple more penalties than the first scrimmage.

      On the offensive line: Said Kingsley Eguakun has greatly improved as far as leading the line and making calls.

      On the facility: “The locker room is my favorite part.”

      On Billy Napier’s culture: said he brings in values that everyone needs to follow (being disciplined, working harder, etc.”

      Said the UF players asked him about Napier when he first got on campus.

      On the RB competition: said it doesn’t feel like a competition. Said they are all helping each other out both on and off the field.

      On being recruited to UF:

      Said as soon as he entered the portal, Napier texted him a picture of a UF sweatshirt and said “I got one waiting for you.”

      Said he doesn’t feel validation because he’s still got doubters to prove wrong.

      On what he misses at Louisiana: The food in general, but mostly his mom’s food.

      On playing Utah: “it’s a great opportunity to set the tone for the rest of the season.”

      On proving doubters wrong: it’s about numbers

      “Numbers don’t lie.”

      Said his speed numbers have improved since he came to UF.

      Top speed: 21.7 MPH.
