Coach Napier said that we’re still going to have to find another quarterback when the portal opens back up.
We already signed 2 transfers with Miller and Mertz. If those aren’t good enough why go back to the portal again?
I don’t understand our recruiting.

The QB from Miss was good last year and they got 2 new transfers.
If he leaves he would be better than what we have.
That would be good for us.

I think it has more to do with numbers – they only have three scholarship QBs and would like to have four – as is the case with most coaching staffs.

UGA has 3 good ones (all 4-Stars) and I seriously doubt all 3 stay after Spring. Any of the three would be at least 2nd team for us and maybe 1st. If one leaves Napier should go all out to sign him.

How are we going to beat them by taking players who leave because they can’t play there? The same thing with Kimber. He is okay but we aren’t getting better than them by taking their backups.

Can a quarterback that comes in after spring have a chance at bearing out quarterbacks that had spri g practices with tbe team.
