The Golden system is in full effect today. Ball passed in, get quickly down floor, get straight into offense. Quick swing passes. High powered. Speed speed speed.
Felder just hit a step back three in the face of Jitoboh, shook his head and dapped him up after while running back down the floor. Felder looks sharp.
Trey Bonham continues to tear apart PnR coverage, this time with Jitoboh as his roller. Looks him off, shot fakes and finds Reeves wide open in the corner for three.
CJ Felder looks like this team’s sparkplug. High motor, constant energy, guys get hyped up every time he makes a play. Two and-1s less than halfway through this game. Whether he ends up starting or not this season, he’ll be instant energy when he steps on the floor if practice is any indication.
It may look a bit unconventional, but Myreon Jones has been shooting the ball well today. Comes off a high screen this time and steps right into a 23 footer.
Game ends with Kugel splitting a double in the high PnR and finding Reeves open in the corner for three. “‘Wacie” tends to finish plays like those. This time was no exception. Beautiful way to close out an early morning practice for these guys. Golden seems happy.
