“Wanted our guys to take some time today and tomorrow to think about what Thanksgiving is really about.”
Said he wanted the players to take the time to reach out to those who they’re thankful for while taking time to give back to those in need.
On practice: “We’ve had good work, but there’s more work needed to be done.”

On O’Cyrus Torrence and his story with Napier: Said that Torrence only got to visit UL once (actually was on the same visit as Jalen Lee).
Due to his experience playing both ways, they thought about putting him at nose, but ultimately put him at OL
“I used to park my car and call Cy Bo every Thursday night.”

On the receiver room;
Said it’s been something they’ve been dealing with all season in multiple position groups.
The mentality is next man up, and they’ll rely on Daejon Reynolds and Caleb Douglas, who have impressed Napier in their time.
Adds that they anticipate Ricky Pearsall being ready to go on Saturday.

On Richardson’s decision making when running the ball: “There’s always going to be a handful of plays where you can go in a different direction.”
Adds that he’s improved throughout the week.
Back to receivers and next man up: Napier said that all of the guys on the depth chart have impressed.
He added that the recent receiver rotation has mostly been due to injuries at TE, but with Zipperer back and the WRs being injured, they’ll “rotate guys as we see fit.”

On if Florida will need to run more: “You put your plan together, you go to the park and you cut it loose.”
Said that it mostly will depend on the flow of the game.

With Ventrell Miller out for the first half, Derek Wingo and Shemar James will get more snaps. Napier said he has trust in both of them.
“They’ve played plenty of snaps this season, they’ll just be playing more snaps.”
That concludes the PC.
Also- game’s obviously on Friday, not Saturday as stated above. Habit typing got the best of me lol.
Napier will next be available after Friday’s game.
