I can see our TEs needing to lose weight but is it really good news that all of these OL lost a lot of weight?

We need big and strong OL.
Different coaches, with different schemes, want different things from their linemen. Urban Meyer said he wanted his interior offensive linemen to look like bowling balls (or maybe he said a fire hydrant; it's been so long ago, it's hard to recall, but it was one or the other), saying he wanted them as wide as they were tall. That obviously worked in his system.

Sumrall/Faulkner want something different. We'll see how that works.

Overall, of course, if you can get a large man to move quickly and display some athleticism, you'd favor that approach. However, of course, that is a rarity. They would rather have a strong, mobile lineman over a bigger, slower-footed one.
