🏈 Football Recruiting Ticker Tracking where Florida stands in the 2027 Team Recruiting Rankings

[Mark Wheeler]

Heading into Florida's second Jr. Day of the 2027 cycle, we'll start to track where the Gators stand in the 2027 team recruiting rankings.

We'll update this periodically whenever a commit or decommit occurs, or when the prospect rankings are updated, which in turn affects the team rankings.

With zero commits to date, Florida starts off unranked by each service.

With the addition of Jackson Bollinger, UF is ranked No. 51 by 247. Rivals is currently only ranking programs with at least three commits (up to No. 35), and UF doesn't qualify.

[Mark Wheeler]

Florida moves up in both rankings.

Likely, somewhat because of Collins and somewhat, because both of them changed their formula.

[Fun & Gun]

That's a big difference between 30th and 15th. I hope On3 is closer to being right.

[Mark Wheeler]

UF moves into the Top 10 at Rivals, but barely in the Top 30 with 247 after the Maxwell commit.

[Mark Wheeler]

With the commitment from Davidson, Florida moved up nine spots on 247.

[Mark Wheeler]

UF moves up again.

With three commitments in the last four days, the Gators are now 9th in the Rivals rankings, 17th by 247.

[Mark Wheeler]

With the addition of Douglas, as well as ESPN's reranking, UF moves up a couple of spots.

[Mark Wheeler]

The addition of Anthony Jennings didn't improve Florida's standing in either of the service rankings since the last update.

[Mark Wheeler]

Florida inches up a little more with commitments from De'Voun Kendrick and Peyton Miller.

[Gatlin Gator]

I've never seen UCLA ranked this high in recruiting.

They don't have money so it must be the new coach.

[Mark Wheeler]

Florida gains a couple of more spots with the additions of Hutcheson and Dillard.

[Mark Wheeler]

Florida is ranked No. 6 by each service after the addition of Stive-Bentley Keumajou Yondui.

[Termigator]

Florida is ranked No. 6 by each service after the addition of Stive-Bentley Keumajou Yondui.

What’s your opinion on what is driving our recruiting success?

What’s your opinion on what is driving our recruiting success?

I believe Sumrall and the staff's energy level has made an impact overall.

Then Trautwein's previous relationship with the top-end offensive linemen has paid off.

Also, no one is going to UF or anywhere else for free. I would guess that after the initial disappointment in missing out on Kiffin subsided, some boosters have come around.

[Mark Wheeler]

Florida sitting at No. 7 by both services.

[Mark Wheeler]

With the addition of Pearl, UF moves up to No. 4 on 247.
