Do we have someone in all of these coaches that got hired who just runs stats for Napier?

To give him stats of where rankings are right and where they're wrong or the best time to bring in visitors?

College sports is big business, now. I used to use analytics daily in my work. I had 1200 accounts to manage and two warehouses with inventory and shipping docks. I was managing $20,000,000 a year in sales gross. Without analytics you'd be lost. But you have to know when to ignore them too. I would advise Napier to be a marketing guy this year and next, and not an operations guy. When you have your program over the hump and playing for championships, kids will want to play for you. That's when you become an operations guy again and prioritize efficiency.

He never seemed that great to me.
