The Chaminade-Madonna coach didn't want his players interviewed after the loss. So no updates on Smith and Trader.
Mainland four-star cornerback Zavier Mincey said he has narrowed his Top 10 to a Top Six of Florida, Florida State, Miami, Alabama, and Tennessee and Texas is in there somewhat.
When we saw him at his spring scrimmage last month he said he wanted to make his decision before the season started.
However, now he's not so sure that's going to happen. He'll visit Florida State officially in October.

Looks like Oviedo won the afternoon event. I left after speaking with McCray and Mincey after they were eliminated in the first one.
Doubt it, Crystal Ball is 87% UF for Mincey but Trader is anyone's guess except he's a Miami kid and he won't be making OV's till August. Mincey should be a 5*.
The weather threw the Florida staff a curveball today, but they still knocked it out of the park. I actually liked the format today better.
A morning/afternoon session got the kids in and out quicker and probably gave the staff a better chance to interact with and see more kids.
