Health: OL Richard Gouraige is still in his regular practice jersey, which is a big positive.

DL Desmond Watson, OLB/DL Tyreak Sapp, TE Jonathan Odom and DB Dakota Mitchell were full participants and out of their non-contact jerseys.

As stated above, Marshall, Burney and Pearsall were in black non-contact jerseys and did not participate in the time I was out there. Pearsall was in a boot, but all three were dressed in full pads. They spent their time lightly training in the IPF while watching practice. Jaydon Hill worked with them.

Practice: The tight ends certainly had plenty of catching issues today. They worked on deep routes with the QBs but dropped passes nearly half the time. There were some slight over throws, but the TEs still got hands on the balls and couldn’t reel them in.

They then worked on blocking technique on the one-man sled. Arlis Boardingham had a bit of trouble at first, but keeping with last week’s trend of discipline, TE Coach William Peagler made him redo it, and he corrected his mistakes.

The wide receivers, on the other hand, looked good as usual. They worked on contested jump balls with WR Coach Keary Colbert in coverage (with extended reach padding). WR Justin Shorter made the catch of the day with an acrobatic grab over his coach.

For the running backs, they worked on picking up blitzes and pass protections. The three main guys (Montrell Johnson, Lorenzo Lingard and Nay’Quan Wright) did well, but Trevor Etienne looked to put the most effort in the group. The walk-ons (Cornelius Barnes and Eddie Battle) had trouble keeping their ground against Etienne, and RB Jabbar Juluke got onto them as a result.
