He might be great and I certainly hope it is but I'd prefer to stay way under the radar than dealing with rat poison and giving opponents motivation. Hopefully next year will be Napier's first encounter with rat poison and way too high expectations.

There are different ways to manage games. Tempo and RPO heavy offense is one way but it can also put a lot of pressure on your own defense. Many coaches prefer to run the ball and stop the run. Billy is hardly alone in this approach. See Nick Saban, Kirby Smart, Dabo Swinney, Brian Kelly...
