We will start our running list of attendees for the Gators Great Grill Out to be held on Saturday.

Remember, this event isn't meant to play host to 100 kids, like last year, it is 30-45 of the very top kids on the board.

We will be updating the list throughout the week as we confirm visitors.

Come on, cheer up. I just minutes ago started to put the list together. These are the only confirmations to this point, but it will fill out throughout the week.

List looked a lot better just a few weeks ago. Hopefully it'll improve this week, but a lot of damage control to be done. Terrible timing for all of this to go down.

We haven't 'left' anyone off. We add visitors as we personally confirm attendees.

Do we like the list of attendees thus far? I haven't learned all the recruits we have a good shot with, just what I read. Any names we think will commit this weekend? Seems like this should be an event where we can get some momentum back, or I hope!

The list of defensive players attending looks pretty good. The offensive side could use improvement.

Given our need at QB and HB and OL...those are the ones that are really lite and need a lot of work. Probably would ad DT to that list too...

....overall it is not a very impressive list if you remove the current Gator Commits, we only have 1 "elite" prospect (Chantz Williams) coming....

I wouldn't say RB is a huge need. They'll have Pierce, Davis, Clement and Wright back next year as of now. They just need to sign one. OL also isn't a huge need. They just signed seven in the last class, and almost everybody should be back next year. That position's going to be more about developing the players they currently have than bringing in another large class.

They signed 7, but none of them are elite prospects...offensive line will continue to dog this program until we start getting more elite talent....replacing average talent with more average talent is not going to take this program to the next level....

O-Line seems to be the one position that has more five-star busts and three-star surprises than other positions. It's so hard to project from high school to college.
