See this guy runs a system that requires coaches and players to work and think. Accountability when players are doing what their suppose to be doing they will succeed and play. You wil be able to tell which players and coaches are slacking. Mullen total opposite which led to results on the field and it showed with coaches and players. Napier models things after Saban and that's why his program is solid and Kirby is doing the same . Yes they have the best players as of now. But if Napier can get these guys rolling Gators should not have any issue getting those top guys here also.
