Showing the quarterbacks, running backs, and receivers, with the receivers coming in motion, getting set in the backfield, and taking the handoffs.

It is Weston, Wells, and Copeland taking the handoffs.

Now they are practicing play-action passes, fake the handoff to the back and throwing the ball down the sideline to the receiver. So as not to waste the reps, they are actually handing the ball off and a coach hikes them another ball to throw.

They are working on the defensive backs switching off when receivers cross in their patterns. Basically, the purpose is for the corner to know who his responsibility is.

Billy Gonzales, on crutches, is still in the line of fire as the receivers practice blocking.

Quarterbacks to receivers 'on air' Emory Jones with the wave to the camera.

He still needs to get in shape, but Desmond Watson, as he did back last spring, moves well for that size, and has naturally heavy hands and strength. He might be someone who they can use in spots even before he gets in better shape.

Nice one-handed catch by Malik Davis during drills. Is he more valuable as a slot instead of being another clog in a crowded backfield?

It's 'on-air; but Jones just laid back to back balls in the hands of the receiver about 45 or so yards down the field.

Van Jefferson has joined the live chat on Gators FB feed.

Walk-on quarterback Kyle Engel had a little pop in his passes there.

Four-star quarterback Jacurri Brown was in the live chat.

It was hard to see 7-v-7 because of the angle and how far away the person was standing. It looked like McDaniel had a pick, but it was on the far side, so it is hard to tell.

Nick Elksnis with a drop that hit him in the hands.

Another drop on a long ball, but it's hard to tell who it is. The defense has looked better than the offense during these 7-v-7. They are flying around a bit more. Seem to have a little better energy.

Richardson to Henderson incomplete.

Bowman with a big catch down the sideline caused a 'What was that' from a defensive coach.

They are so far away, it is hard to make out much during 7v7 and 11v11, but at least we are getting something, which is better than nothing. Beggars can't be choosers.

Lorenzo Lingard had a nice run off the right side.

We can open up our offense with Jones running options and veer offense concepts because he is a threat to keep the ball and run. Defenses weren't afraid of Trask doing that.

It's great to hear that Lingard is making plays in practice. We need to get him the ball. I'm afraid if we don't we'll end up losing him like we did Clement.

I think Lingard played more than Clement last year
