I don't understand this. There are problems, serious ones, at every level of the defense. The secondary was terrible this year but the defense is Grantham's. Is it just that Mullen likes Grantham and doesn't want to get rid of him for personal reasons? Or does he actually see this guy producing a championship quality defense? If so, what does he see that virtually nobody does?

Gray has a track record of success everywhere he has gone. This is a strange decision to me.

Can we stop making the blind assessments please. We don't know jack **** unless your extremely close to some of these people or he just feels he can upgrade at those positions. Honestly I want Grantham out but I can understand bro oh I'm back because of the circumstances of the pandemic last year. Either way if he underperforms next year it's no excuse
