Spring ball has yet to kick off but Pensacola (Fla.) Pine Forest four-star offensive lineman Jonathan Daniels has over 20 offers already, including from programs such as Auburn, Georgia, LSU, and Miami. Late last week Florida added to his total when the Gators extended an offer on Thursday.

Did you have a favorite college team (or player) growing up?
“No, I did not have a dream college.”
How did the Florida offer come about? Who did you communicate with and what did they have to say to you?
“The offer came up while I was having a conversation with coach [Jabbar] Juluke. He noticed all of my talent and the potential I have.”
What are your thoughts on being offered by the Gators?
“When I received my offer it was amazing because now I know that all I’m putting in is finally paying off – so it’s a blessing.”
What are your early impressions of Florida?
“My impression of Florida is that it is great. I am blessed to be offered by my own state school.”
What were a couple of your favorite campus visits?
“FSU, Georgia, and Auburn were some of my favorites so far. They were also the most recent.”
Do you have any plans to see any schools over the spring or summer?
“The most recent school I visited was to Georgia last month. Yes, I will be visiting schools over the spring and summer [Florida on March 4th].”
