In a three-day span Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee three-star receiver Dallas Dickerson picked up three of his most impressive offers to date when, in order, Oklahoma, Florida, and Georgia Tech all threw their hat in the ring.
Those three offers stand out to Dickerson.
“All three of my newest offers were a really big ‘wow’ moment to me,” said Dickerson. “Just the higher caliber of play, and two of those three are closer to home.”
The offer from the Gators came via UF receivers coach Billy Gonzales.
“It went really well. Coach Gonzales extended the offer. He said that he likes guys that can run and he likes how my speed transfers over onto my film.”
Speaking of speed, Dickerson is one of the fastest prospects in the Peach State this cycle.
To this point, Dickerson has an official visit set for Kansas State at the end of the month. Up next for Florida is getting the 6-foot-1, 180-pounder on campus for a visit.
“I’m definitely working on getting those new three (UF, GT, and Oklahoma) in the mix (to receive official visits), but Coach Gonzales and I have not discussed any specific dates yet.”
Though he isn’t ready to publicly name a leaderboard, Dickerson said that the trio who offered back, to back, to back, have made an impression on him.
“Those new three (UF, GT, and Oklahoma) have definitely entered my top five at this point.”
Dickerson is the No. 742 rated prospect in the nation according to the On3 Industry Composite.
