- 2029 four-star cornerback James Allen
Florida was great! I’ve always have a great time in the Swamp. It was a high energy atmosphere! The fans were hype and lots of former players were there. The offense really stood out to me, especially RB [Jadan] Baugh. I can see why he is one of the best RBs in the country. He is the real deal. I have two highlights. The Gator Walk and VB3’s touchdown. The coaches were very encouraging and cool! I got a chance to connect with Coach [Brandon] Harris and Coach Wilson. I even spent some time with Coach [Jon] Sumrall. I thought that was cool, considering that was his first game at UF. UF has always been a top choice for me. My dad graduated from there and I’ve been going to the Swamp since I’ve been a kid. I do have other visits set up. I’ll be at Georgia Tech this week.
- 2028 four-star tight end Ridge Janes
The game in the Swamp was Awesome! The coaches, and players, and fans were all hype – the stadium was loud with energy. The highlight for me was seeing the offense live, and loved that a tight end got the last touchdown of the game. Coach [Jon] Sumrall and others all made me feel like I was a top priority, and they were so glad I was there – I felt very wanted. I have a few more visits this season, yet UF if definitely in the mix.
- 2027 four-star quarterback commit Davin Davidson
The visit was a 10/10! The atmosphere was something I have never experienced before; it was absolutely electric. The offense looked very explosive, and they were getting the ball to all of their playmakers. The highlight was just being back in Gainesville and getting to spend time with my future teammates and recruits. The coaches were excited I was there, and they all checked in on how I was doing. I am 100% committed to UF, and I’m going to be at every home game.
- 2027 four-star offensive line commit Peyton Miller
It was amazing, more than I expected. The atmosphere was very high energy. People were very excited. So many fans! Jadan Baugh is probably going to win the Heisman. He and the offense looked really good. The highlight was just being at the game for the first time and seeing the energy. We also got lots of love from the fans. I got there early, so we just got to visit a lot, be a part of meetings, etc… They just told me how excited they are about my future as a Gator. It’s home. I’ll be there for good in a few months.
- 2027 edge/tight end Tyreon Howard
It was an incredible trip overall. Getting to spend time around the program, see the facilities, and experience the culture firsthand was awesome. The highlight for me was walking out on the field pregame/meeting with coach/seeing the stadium light up. The Swamp was electric. The crowd energy is real, especially during [a big moment, third downs, or the start of the game]. You can definitely feel how much the fanbase cares about Gator football. I really paid attention to how the edges played and how the coaches moved guys around. I loved seeing the high energy on the sideline and how fast they play. The staff was great. They emphasized how I would fit into their system, both on the field and academically, and made it clear that I’m a priority for them in this class. Florida is definitely high on my list after this visit. I’m taking my time with the process and comparing all my options, but UF made a huge impression on me and my family.
- 2027 three-star athlete Jamarion Hillsman
The atmosphere was electric; they have a great fan base. What stood out to me was how well the defense communicated the plays to each other. The highlight was the whole day. The coaches basically said they would love for me to become a Gator. UF stands really high on my recruiting board.
- 2028 four-star offensive lineman Anthony Blalock Jr.
It was great! I definitely had fun, and the atmosphere felt special. The fans stood out a lot to me; the Swamp is different for sure. Coach Traut [Phil Trautwein] & Coach E let it be known they’re on me heavy and not worried about me being committed to another program. They feel UF should be my home. UF is definitely up there. The environment is like family, so I definitely like that + Coach Traut is a great coach.
- 2028 five-star defensive end Asher Ghioto
The atmosphere was insane! I felt the energy and vibe were amazing. You could see the team was playing loose and having fun. It was a lot of fun watching the entire team get back to winning. I spent time with all of the coaches, and they continue to show me love. Coach Sumrall told me he is ready for me to be a Gator. UF continues to stand very high with me. I had a great time and look forward to coming back soon.
- 2020 running back Noel Divine Jr.
I think that Florida is a great team; it was a great and fun experience. The atmosphere was crazy, probably the loudest stadium I’ve been to. It looks like they got a great team this year, and I think they’re going to go far. What stood out to me was the offense – they can do it all. They have a great running game and a great passing game. A very explosive offense, and they know how to use their players right.
- 2028 four-star quarterback Jaxon Flowers
Overall – it was better than I expected! The atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve seen before. I could barely hear myself talk. That place was rocking! The offense was clicking! Jadan Baugh is a dude! It’s obvious he was sending a message to the league. Also, the defense had two interceptions… they were flying around. The highlight is just being part of the recruiting process. I’m blessed to have this opportunity. The [Florida] coaches continue to encourage me and show me love. UF is a great program! They are definitely one of the schools that I would love to play for.
- 2027 four-star cornerback commit Aamaury Fountain
When I arrived, I saw Coach [Brandon] Harris; that’s my guy. The atmosphere was crazy NGL [not gonna lie], so loud, and the vibe was great. I think the team played great. The highlight was definitely the crowd. It’s a crazy place. Nothing really stood out [in the game]; I felt like they did what they were supposed to do.
- 2027 four-star linebacker commit Ellis McGaskin
The atmosphere was INSANE. Florida is a very special place! MAN EVERYTHING FELT LIKE A HIGHLIGHT. The message from the coaches was to just keep going and stay healthy this season. More than likely, I will not be taking any more visits [elsewhere].
- 2028 three-star running back Kameron Battle
The SWAMP is crazy loud, crazy atmosphere, and crazy fans. It’s electric. I definitely wanna come back for another game. Seeing Coach [Jon] Sumrall hold his guys accountable after a great first half, but not the standard that he set for them, lights a fire for everything. Coach Sumrall told me, and a couple of my teammates who were there, that he is just trying to get the squad together and be a Gator. UF is definitely high on my board after this visit. It was great.
- 2027 kicker commit Aaron McWilliams
The visit was amazing. It was a great time to meet everyone on the staff for the first time. The Swamp is a different animal, and I love the ‘Won’t Back Down’ song. The highlight was Florida dominating FAU. The coaches are happy for me to be there, and they can’t wait for me to join them in January. Florida is my number one, and I am staying with the Swamp only. Go Gators!
