Four-star legacy sits through meetings, sees practice during Thursday visit

Being the son of former Florida football player and staff member Vernell Brown, Orlando (Fla.) Jones four-star receiver Trey Brown grew up around the Florida football program, but in going through his recruiting process, he is now seeing it through a different lens.

Brown, one of the fastest-rising prospects in the Class of 2025, has now visited Florida twice in the past week alone.

“I was in meetings and practice this time, so I didn’t really meet with anyone,” said Brown. “I did speak to Coach [Billy] Napier and Coach Billy G [Gonzales] before and after practice.”
