Here are five Florida Gators football players who are in the spotlight, and on the spot, to perform this week against No. Georgia.

At the halfway point of the season, Graham Mertz heads into the biggest game of his Florida career on a high that many did not see coming.

Before the win at South Carolina, it seemed as though the Gators had seen Mertz reach his ceiling. The 6-foot-3’redshirt junior was a reliable, efficient passer who was money when throwing within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage, and a great locker room leader.
