On Tuesday, 6-foot-5, 285-pound Auburn commit, 2025 Opelika (Ala.) defensive tackle Malik Autry visited Florida for the second time in two months.

The three-star left Gainesville saying that he already has two return visits in mind.

QUICK Q&A

Who came on the visit with you?
“My mom, dad, and sister.”

What was the day like?
“I arrived at 11 a.m. and left at like 5 p.m. I watched workouts and then ate. Had a photo shoot, a meeting with Coach [Austin] Armstrong, Coach [Billy] Napier, and Coach [Sean] Spencer, and then I watched OTAs (organized team activities).”

This is the second month in a row that you have visited Florida. What did you learn on this trip that you didn’t find out on your June visit?
“I learned more stuff about their defense, and how I would fit in, from sitting in the film sessions.”

What coach or coaches did you speak with the most and what is the Florida staff’s message to you at this point?
“I spoke with Coach [Kali] James and Coach Spencer and Coach Napier the most. They’re turning Florida around and they want me to be a part of that.”

What are your impressions of Sean Spencer?
“Coach Spencer is my guy. He’s like a father figure. I could see myself playing under him. I feel he could make me really good. He has a track record of doing that.”

What was the highlight of the day?
“Probably watching the OTAs and getting to learn so much.”

What did you think of the new football facility and how does it compare to some of the others that you’ve seen?
“The facilities are nice. They are great actually. They’re one of the best I’ve seen.”

After the visit, what are your thoughts on Florida?
“After the visit, I think Florida is high with me, and I will definitely be back.”

Do you know when you will make it back?
“I hope to catch two games, Tennessee and Florida State.”

It is still so early for Class of 2025 prospects, you are committed to Auburn, but where do you stand right now?
“I’m still committed to Auburn as of right now, but I am taking my visits and stuff.”

What percentage would you put on your commitment to the Tigers?
“I can’t answer that.”

Besides UF what other programs are recruiting you?
“Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Auburn, Florida State, Miami, and more.”

Autry is the No. 353 rated prospect in the nation according to the On3 Consensus.
